Terms & Conditions for Event Planning and Rental Services
1. General Agreement
By booking our event or rental services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all clients (“the Celebrant”) engaging CELEBSANDCATERERS for event planning, coordination, and equipment rental services.
2. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The balance payment must be made before the event date.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by CELEBSANDCATERERS.
3. Delivery and Collection Policy
CELEBSANDCATERERS will deliver and collect all rental items at the agreed location and time.
The client must ensure clear access for delivery and pickup.
No items should be left in areas with drains, wet surfaces, or risk of damage.
All rented items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
4. Cleaning and Damage Policy
Items must be returned clean and free of stains, marks, or food residue.
A cleaning fee of £100 will be charged if items are returned stained or marked at the venue.
Any broken, damaged, or missing items will incur a replacement or repair fee:
If repairable, the cost of fixing will be charged to the Celebrant.
If replacement is required, a flat fee of £700 will be charged for each replacement item.
CELEBSANDCATERERS reserves the right to inspect and assess damages before final charges are applied.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for the safety and proper use of all rented items during the event.
Items must not be transferred or sub-leased to a third party.
Any delays in collection caused by the client may attract additional fees.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued.
7. Liability
CELEBSANDCATERERS will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of our equipment or services.
The client assumes full responsibility for the items from the time of delivery until collection.
8. Acceptance
By confirming your booking or signing the event agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth by CELEBSANDCATERERS.
